Authenticity

Every fragrance decanted by Decent Decants is sourced from 100% authentic bottles purchased from authorised retailers. We never use imitations, dilutions, or synthetic substitutes. What you receive is the real fragrance — nothing more, nothing less. I can provide proof of authenticity before your purchase if you have doubts.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance decants, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used samples. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
