t Decent Decants, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — fragrance decants — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
