Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch Times Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Shipping Methods We ship via Royal Mail using 1st or 2nd Class services. Delivery times once dispatched are estimated as follows:
- 1st Class — 1-2 business days
- 2nd Class — 2-3 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Decent Decants is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Fragile Items All decants are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of leakage or breakage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
